Where do I go?
You have to go to the civil status office in the Independence house.
What document I need to present?
The declaration should be done by two informants after having received the medical death certificate.
How much it cost?
Certificate could be obtained at a fee of SR50/- (Stamp only) for both large extract and abridged copy
What happens when death occurs out of country?
When a death occurs out of the country of a Seychelles nationality, the family has to fund the displacement of the body from that country to the Seychelles. Then the funeral services are taken place as usual.
